in June 2000 by serial entrepreneur Alex Mashinsky
and technology finance veteran Jeff Parness, VenturiFX
LLC (VFX) is a seed stage fund organized to launch internally
generated businesses that are focused on developing disruptive
solutions for the telecommunications industry.
VFX
solutions are designed to dramatically alter the management
layer of next generation networks and create high growth and
profitable businesses.
VFX's software, database, and service-oriented companies are
internally created and funded through our seed stage fund, and
target the unique scalability bottlenecks being brought about
by the continuing convergence of the telecommunications networks,
rich media, and the Internet.
